Apple Watch
Apple Health
Your watch syncs to the Health app on your iPhone automatically. Allow Stepr to read Health when asked and your steps show up.
Stepr reads your steps from Apple Health on iPhone and Health Connect on Android. If your watch or ring writes to one of them, it works with Stepr — no extra account needed.

Health Connect
Wear OS watches and Pixel Watch write to Health Connect on your Android phone. Turn on Health Connect sync in your watch app, then allow Stepr access.
Samsung Health → Health Connect
In Samsung Health, open Settings → Health Connect and switch on syncing for steps, then let Stepr read from Health Connect.
Garmin Connect → Apple Health / Health Connect
In Garmin Connect, link Apple Health (iPhone) or Health Connect (Android) in the app’s settings. Garmin writes steps there and Stepr picks them up.
Health Connect
On Android, enable Health Connect in the Fitbit app and allow steps. Stepr reads them from Health Connect.
Apple Health / Health Connect
Turn on Apple Health or Health Connect sharing in the Oura app so your steps and activity are written there.
Apple Health / Health Connect
In the Whoop app, enable the Apple Health or Health Connect integration so your data is written there.
Menu names change between app versions, so look for “Health Connect” or “Apple Health” in your watch app’s settings. Stepr only reads daily totals — see our privacy policy.
